Lonesome Trail Paint Horses

Stallions
Our stallions are very carefully selected to give the best quality of foal that we can provide. Their lines include prestigious names and proven earners.
Doc is our main program stud, and has produced dozens of intelligent, reliable, and easily trained foals. He is an APHA registered paint stud, who stands at approximately 14.1 hands high. He has been trained by Greg Mickelson and Doug Reinhardt, and the same smooth ride that he gives is one that many of his foals give as well. His lines include top names like Doc Doll, Color Me Smart, Mr. Gunsmoke and Docs playmate. He is gentle and sociable, and many of his foals share these qualities. He produces versatility, with many of his foals being trained in a variety of uses such as jumping, reining, barrel racing, cattle horse and pleasure riding. Our hope is that any foal of his brings you the same joy that he brings to us, and we're happy to share a portion of this dynamite stallion.

We are extremely pleased to announce the acquirement of Hash, who is out of Hashtags, NCHA Open World Champion and NCHA Open Super Stakes Champion. We are privileged to be able to introduce these prestigious stud lines to our own programs for breeding. Hash is a 2022 foal, so we'll have to wait and see what he throws in the future, which we look forward to
eagerly.
Introducing Hash means a freer breeding program for us as he is bringing fresh lines with few relations to our current program mares. These lines are among those that are currently highly sought after and will continue to elevate our program to provide even more wonderful foals.

Kote is a double feature of the lines we like to feature in our breeding program. He is sired by LTP Smart Lil Jericho, and his dam is LS Smart Golden Lena. He is therefore a grandson of Color Me Smart, just like our stud doc. Kote is playful and friendly, and we're confident that any foals he may sire will share these traits.
As a three year old, Kote is still in the beginnings of his journey as a stud, and is just starting to find his rhthym as part of the herd he is becoming a part f. We look forward to seeing what this lovely boy will produce in the near future.
